Who Are The Erebus Angels?

Beautiful angels from another realm, beckoning you to embrace their love

Meet Amira, the queen of the angels. She is the one who has opened the gates to Erebus, and beckoned you courageous heroes to help build the world.

(or rather, what Amira could be. Unfortunately the image above is NOT made by us, but we don't know who to credit. Rest assured that our art will be 100% original, but this kind thing takes longer than you'd think and we didn't want to keep you waiting another 2 months to see "what could be." Amira is a different type of nobility. Equally at home in a throne room or a dense forest, she prefers a hands-on approach to expanding her kingdom, leaving the day-to-day management in the hands of her royal court.

Elegant, resourceful and never short a witty remark, Amira's diligent work has helped make the world of Erebus the paradise that it is today. This same work has led to her insufferable boredom, and eventually led to her extending an invitation to the humans to experience Erebus for themselves.

Meet Krista, one of the many denizens of Erebus.

Again, not our artwork. We'll have our own stuff soon though!

Krista is featured in the Erebus choose your own adventure book, acting as a guide of sorts. Bubbly and carefree, she's a small Angel (so small she may even be called a fairy!) who's chosen to live outside the walls of the kingdom.

Nobody is entirely sure what her backstory is, but one thing is certain: Krista is no ordinary Angel. Though she may seem like an airhead, at times she displays a wisdom beyond her years.

Meet Korin, a forest angel.

Same deal here, not our artwork. Damn it's awesome though.

A generous angel, Korin has dedicated herself to a life of generosity with the forest creatures. Secluded from the rest of the world, she helps nurse wounded animals back to health at her lakeside house.

Legends tell of an ancient forest nymph who grants gifts of knowledge and strength to those of pure heart. Could Korin be the nymph of legend, or just a poor girl caught up in the rumors of a bygone era?

Finally, meet Xela, a relic of an era that the current administration of Erebus would rather you not know about.

You know the drill by now. Would if we could, but the writing seriously takes 1/10th of the time as the art.

Xela is the first sign that everything isn't exactly as it seems in Erebus. Beneath the shiny, perfect exterior lies a pit of bones. As commander of the 7th legion, Xela was instrumental in bringing forth the current age of peace and prosperity.

She was also cast aside once her role was fulfilled. Treated as nothing more than a puppet, discarded and left for dead in the desert wasteland of Kalim. Xela has been biding her time, training her own resistance forces in an effort to reclaim all that was taken from her.

Her story of Erebus is much different from the one we're told as travelers from a foreign land. She claims that the current administration is little more than tyrants, compulsively forcing their version of "order" onto everyone and everything. Those who don't comply are simply forced into "administrative teaching facilities" - little more than forced labor camps.

Whatever the truth, she's pouring everything she's got into taking back her freedom.
